  • How long does the recovery process take?

    The initial chargeback process can be started within a matter of days and the money can be returned to your account in less than a week. This is not always the case and the entire process can take up to 21 days.

  • Can I speak with someone over the phone right now?

    Yes, Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00- 17:30 GMT +1:00h and Fridays 9:00 – 12:00 GMT +1:00h.

  • What documentation is needed on my part to get the process started?

    You will need: -Identification -A signed contract,Transaction screenshots,scamed website, sent funds wallet address

  • How do you charge for your service?

    The client pays a fee of 30% of funds successfully recovered upon recovery, There is an upfront deposit which varies depending on the service that is covered by a money back guarantee. A wealth recovery consultant can explain.

  • Do you have any type of guarantee?

    Yes. In fact we do. We offer a money back guarantee that we will get your bank to raise the chargeback. If we fail, we will give you your money back. Please review your contract for precise details.

  • How does the process work?

    1. First, you will speak to one of our Recovery Consultants who will inquire as to the nature of your loss to determine the likelihood that we can help you.

    2. If it is determined that we are in a position to assist, your consultant will send over a contract for you to review. In the contract, the terms of our agreement will be laid out clearly. The consultant will review the payment terms and any other important details. You will then sign and return the contract. Upon payment of the initial fee, work will begin and your case will be prioritized.

    3. We will research the offending trading company, compile evidence and documentation, build the client case, and then assist with the filing of the initial chargeback. Depending on how things turn out, the bank could return your money and this could be the end. If the trading company bank fights the reversal, then we pull the gloves off and fight back. It could take up to 180 days until the case is finally closed.

  • How does ifpsecurity help?
